well, it’s officially been 6 weeks of trying to improve my diet and exercise, so i got on a scale for the first time. i’d already noticed a difference in how my clothes are fitting (dropping a pant size and shirts seeming looser) so i expected something. i was quite happy when the scale showed that i’ve lost 13 pounds in that time. kickass! i’m also up to 12km in my bike rides… maybe my next one should be 13km to match?
this is cool. i’m not finding that difficult so far, and it’s nice to see results that quickly. soon it’ll be cold enough that i’ll give up on the bike and start going to the gym for my exercise, and i’m hoping i’ll see more of those visible changes. hooray for me!
