picked the game up this morning and played through it this evening on guitar/bass. it’s pretty fun. so many great songs. it’s fun to watch the evolution of the band, and collecting photos+videos of the band is more interesting than money or fans.
slight tweaks to the general gameplay all seem to be for the better. excited to try out the vocal harmonies and play through on drums.
so far i think my favourite song was “while my guitar gently weeps”, but that’s probably because it was one of my favourites going on. really looking forward to the downloadable content, the sgt pepper album in particular. used to cover “a day in the life” with one of my previous bands, so i’m excited to play that one specifically.
overall, a great game and a fun evolution to the rock band series.
